Bill is a talented guitarist and singer who performs with amazing vocalist Zita Foster throughout the greater Raleigh/Durham area.
Bill's music is a unique easy listening rock and soul. He's known for his thoughtful vocals and sensitive style.

We will have a prix-fixe dinner beginning with Caesar Salad plus one of the following options:

Please note: Flair has an expansive menu, however we have selected 4 menu options so that the chef can serve our group quickly and at the same time.
The servers will gladly create separate checks for anything else that you would enjoy such as cocktails, dessert or coffee. Pre-payment through the website is for salad and entrée only.
